Each researcher or academic may submit one individual paper and one co-authored paper.
The paper abstract must not exceed 220 words.
At the time of submission, authors must also provide a short biographical note of no more than 150 words.
Papers may be submitted and presented in Portuguese, English, or Spanish.

Following the review process, authors will be notified by email whether or not their proposal has been accepted for presentation. This information will also be available in the personal area of the Congress website.

Papers submitted as part of an organised panel must follow the guidelines applicable to individual paper submissions.
Panel proposals should preferably consist of four or five papers. Each paper included in the panel must contain all the information required for individual paper submissions.
Panel proposals including more than five papers will not be considered.
Panel proposals consisting of three papers may also be submitted. In such cases, the APCP reserves the right to assign additional papers to the panel.
Under the “Members” tab, only the first author of each paper should be listed. Each member must be assigned one of the following roles: “Panel Member”, “Chair”, or “Coordinator”.
The Chair and the Coordinator may be authors of one of the papers or may not be associated with any paper in the panel.
All authors of each paper should be identified only at the time of that paper’s individual submission.
The oral communication must be presented by a single author, who must have a completed registration for the Congress. Presentations may not exceed 15 minutes.
Authors are required to bring their presentation files on a USB flash drive on the day of the presentation, preferably in PDF format.
The date and time of the presentation will be available in the authors’ personal area once the programme has been published.
Presentations may be delivered in Portuguese, English, or Spanish.
